The giant Bush Dragonfly's wing span is up to
13cm and it is one of 11 species of dragonfly found in NZ. It is eaten
by birds and wasps. The giant Bush dragonfly lives in a half wet burrow as a larva
for 5 years and snatches prey at night by the burrow entrance. Photos
